In either case prepNTFS will scan all connected USB drives and will generate data for all PS3ISO/BDISO/DVDISO entries in /dev_hdd0/tmp/wmtmp. NTFS entries have .ntfs[PS3ISO] / .ntfs[BDISO] / .ntfs[DVDISO] suffixes – 64KB each – this is what webMAN will use to mount the games/videos. For covers/title-names to appear properly you will have to mount the PS3 game at least once, so webMAN can cache the PNG and SFO for the title.

You have to use prepNTFS if you add new content to your NTFS formatted USB HDDs. Do not forget to use [Refresh XML] / [Refresh HTML] to refresh webMAN’s data.

All changes and fixes from last few days are now included and plugin looks very stable.

This is VERY IMPORTANT, so please read:

webMAN for COBRA7 compatible firmwares is now the default release .sprx named: webftp_server.sprx (51KB)
webMAN for non-COBRA7 firmwares is named webftp_server_noncobra.sprx (82KB)
webMAN for CCAPI is named webftp_server_ccapi.sprx (82KB)
Added [-] Disable multiMAN covers option in [Setup]
Fixed loading of PNG/png icons for ISO games/videos
Fixed prepNTFS to generate data only for currently connected NTFS USB HDDs

Telltale’s The Walking Dead: Season 2 Elite Coming Soon to Playstation 3

It’s been an extremely busy – and an much more exceptional – month so far for Telltale Games, and we’re gearing up for our biggest year ever in 2014! In case you haven’t heard, this weekend we announced two new series premiering next year, including Tales from the Borderlands: A Telltale Games Series, an all-new story driven episodic series in collaboration with Gearbox Software and 2K Games; and an all-new episodic series in partnership with HBO, Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series, which will premiere later next year as our currently running series conclude.

This month we’re preparing for the premiere of The Walking Dead Season Two! We’re still waiting on some final confirmations from everyone involved, but as of this morning, we can only tell you that the premiere will be hitting North America very soon on PS3. We’ll share the official premiere date in the near future, including our release plans for our European fans and PS Vita, which are also coming along very quickly!

After that, we’ll have an update on the release for the upcoming second episode of The Wolf Among Us, which will be huffing, puffing, and blowing your house down when you least expect it. Until then, watch the new trailer starring The Walking Dead Season Two’s protagonist Clementine, and let us know what you think in the comments below!

A strange factor happened today… really strange. Before I made use of my PS3 was on friday and everything was working all right. Today I switched it on and attempted to experienceOrcheck couple of games – NOTHING Labored. I attempted PS1 game – it will get stuck on black screen after which I recieve an important “Rebuild database…”… I attempted loading GRID2 – it stuck around the primary title screen after which after i return to XMB – the waves lock and that i get mandatory “Rebuild database…”… I only handled to begin one old game… The symbols in XMB-GAME disappeared (I’ve groups)… After I switched from the groups – the symbols/games show.

Another strange factor – I acquired an ‘envelope’/message icon near the clock/radar… I haven’t got PSN account or anything – strange.

The only method to make everything work ended up being to shutdown the PS3, disconnect the LAN cable (so no internet) after which all was ok. Connected the cable, restarted – same strange issues.

Then removed the spoofing from webMAN, restart – all visited normal again. So there’s certainly a problem and also the PS3 will get some data at startup / VSH load and also the data it will get breaks something.

So… anyway… I added the “disable spoofing” choice to webMAN just just in case anybody incurs exactly the same issues.

You can also update your showtime.self by deleting it from multiMAN’s USRDIR folder and play a video – you’ll be prompted to download the updated version. Be advised that in multiMAN versions 04.00.00+ SHOWTIME.SELF is located under USRDIR/sys folder.

•    Holdup Shopkeepers now have access to Ammu-Nation.  You have been warned.

•    Due to changes in Deathmatches (Weapon Locking), some objectives will no longer appear in this specific type of match.

•    Weapon rewards (e.g. Shotgun in cop car) are blocked during weapon locked Deathmatches.

•    During Weapon Locked Deathmatches, Ammo Drops will not contain Molotovs.

•    Players who do not participate during Survivals can now be flagged as such by other players in the group and removed from the Survival.

•    New awards added for the Creators.

•    Players are given 1RP for every ‘like’ they receive for their creations in the Creators.

•    Leaderboard functionality has been removed for any non-Rockstar content, i.e. no access to Social Club leaderboards in corona/end of mission, no best laps/personal bests, matched Crew for Head to Head etcetera.

•    Passive Mode is now free ($0) to allow players more options when playing with friends.

How to download and install TN-V4
For now, the installation process is a bit rough, but I’m sure our community will have tutorials and more “user friendly” packages up in a few hours. In the meantime, please follow the instructions below:

Downloads

download 660.PBP Here. (choose the PSP 1000/2000/3000 version, *not* the PSP Go version). Depending on the download links, if the file you download is named EBOOT.PBP, rename it into 660.PBP
Download TN-V4‘s binary files here
Download the TN-V4 Loader for your game here. Choose the download that matches your game and region!
If you don’t have it already, download and install OpenCMA

Preparation

Extract the savedata from the TN-V4 loader of your game on your hard drive, in your CMA’s PSAVEDATA/xxxxx folder (where xxxx are a bunch of letters and numbers).
Copy TN.BIN, FLASH0.TN, and 660.PBP in the game’s savedata folder (where you can find ‘H.BIN’)
Copy the game’s savedata to your Vita, using OpenCMA

Running TN-V4

Now run the exploit for the game (the trigger varies on the game. For 101-in-1 megamix, just loading the savedata should be enough) and TN-V should start.
On the first boot, the recovery menu will appear automatically.
Select ‘Advanced ->’ menu and then select ‘Install 6.60 files’ (this step is only needed if you’ve never used TN-V4 before).
Enjoy the install progress.
After the install is done, go back and exit the recovery menu.
Enjoy TN’s awesome work.

NOTE:

1. PS2 ISOs for slim is PS2 Classic as Cobra and PS2 Classic uses same ps2_netemu

2. mmCM shows firmware version 4.46 for unknown reason.
