When the folder “exdata” isn’t present in your PS3 which means you’ve never been drenched onto PSN. Then create it by hand on your computer and set games *.edat file inside it. Transfer “exdata” folder in the same manner
For those who have just one profile – that’s the only real folder you will see under /home/ catalog. (Mine is 00000002 as well as for my visitors 00000004 – and so i have two profiles – customers.)
Just in case you’ve multiple profiles – customers, copy the *.edat file to profile that you’ll be playing the overall game from. (Within my situation – 00000002.)
